Common questions

Where is my audio stored? On your iPhone, and nowhere else. Transcription runs on your device. Only the transcript text you choose to summarize is sent for processing, and it is not stored on our servers.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open DeskVoice → Settings → Cancel subscription. One tap takes you to Apple's subscription management. Cancelling keeps every recording, transcript and summary you already have.

Is there really no recording limit? Correct — recording and transcription are free and unlimited, forever. Only AI summaries beyond 3 a month require DeskVoice Pro.
