Kovenza — the brand of Choi Jiuk Development Lab ("we", "us") — respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. The Korean version of this policy is the authoritative version under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea; this page is a summary in English.

1. What we collect

Name, email address, and the content of your message

Consultation chatbot

Name, company name (optional), phone number, email address
What you type into the chat (project context, project type, etc.)

We do not ask for anything beyond the items above. Please do not enter government ID numbers or other sensitive information into the chatbot or contact form.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry or consultation request
To prepare and send you a project quote

We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not use it for marketing.

3. How long we keep it

Lead information (name, company, phone, email, inquiry summary): 1 year from collection
Full chatbot conversation transcripts: 90 days from collection
If a contract is concluded — records of the contract and payment: 5 years, and records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law

4. Processors and hosting (cross-border processing)

We use the following service providers, located in the United States, to operate this website (disclosed under Article 28-8(1)3 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act):

How to opt out: if you prefer that your data not be processed by these providers, contact us directly by email at support@kovenza.app instead of using the chatbot or contact form.

5. AI-generated responses

The consultation chatbot is answered automatically by AI. Its replies are for reference only; quotes, contract terms, and other binding matters are confirmed in a personal reply from Jiuk Choi.

6. Deletion

Data whose retention period has expired is deleted automatically without delay, using methods that make recovery impossible.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data by emailing support@kovenza.app. We will act on your request without delay.
